GROOMING FILES

It is the job of every System
Administrators to groom the files
that are stored on the systems
or make sure users are taking
care of this on a regular basis..

This includes:
* Deleting files
* Archiving files
* Compressing files

To free up disk space is cheaper
than buying more disk space.
Management will thank you later
when you save them money.

NOTE: All tips provided are USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Tips are submitted by various unix admins around the globe. UGU suggest you read and test each tip in a non-volitile environment before placing into production.
