CHMOD FILES NOT DIRS 
Sometimes bringing files from another
 filesystem (ie. fat32) while have the
 execute bit "x" set on all files and
 directories. To remove execute permission
 on normal files, while leaving the 'x'
 permission on sub-directories the
 following can be used:
 
 find ./ -type f | xargs chmod a-x
